Paper pulp Clay

I mixed up some paper pulp clay the other day and made a ball just to see how the recipe turned out before I tried to build anything with it. The stuff is rock hard and really stable. I wish I had tried this years ago.

Worked on some new techniques this weekend, so far so good. Going to see how well home made paper clay works.

Time to start things back up

The past few months have been super busy leaving no time to work on props or attend to this blog but things are starting to even out so I am back. The clinic business is booming and my survival bracelet business has taken off as well, so things have been hectic. This weekend I am going to start on my scarecrow design for this years Scarecrows in The Park Contest. I'm going to try a few new things this time and see if I can challenge myself, hopefully it will work and I can take home my third victory.

A few weeks ago I started making and selling Paracord survival bracelets. I'm Still alive!!

The past several months have been trying to say the least. My company was bought out by a group of chiropractors, and in February they decided that they no longer wanted to offer medical services so the Doc and I were let go. Lou then decided to open up his own clinic and we have been hard at work getting everything in place. We are hoping to open up on May 1st. But I intend for this blog to be reborn.

Where to go from here

I have taken a break from this blog to rest from a busy and vomit filled Halloween. Now I need to decide where to take this. I'm thinking of sharing prop building resources and techniques along with whatever oddities happen to cross my path.
